Shipping policy
Standard shipping is available for orders over $80:
- Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping
- America & Canada: $6.50
Standard shipping is available for orders under $49.95:
Australia & New Zealand: $10
America & Canada: $15
Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.00.
Order Dispatch:
- All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of the order being placed.
- Delivery is subject to availability, and if there is any unexpected delay or unavailability of an item, a full refund or online credit will be offered.
Additional Information:
- Orders are dispatched from Old Guildford, Australia, via shippit and sometimes a courier service.
- During peak times, such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays, there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
- Large and bulky items may take a little longer to deliver.
- After dispatch, BizzyBossy will email you confirmation of the dispatch and an invoice for your order.
- A proof of delivery document may need to be signed upon delivery. If you are not available, the goods will be taken to a local depot or post office, and a calling card with contact details will be left at the delivery address.
